DRUG COURT: INTENSIVE DRUG TREATMENT INSTEAD OF PRISON

The Drug Court program is beneficial to individuals who could be facing charges that require extended time in prison. Although it is considered an alternative to prison, the program should be taken very seriously. Once accepted into the program you must fulfill all of its requirements because if you fail to meet any requirement, it will result in your immediate termination from the program and you will have to complete the remaining time in state prison. As founding attorney, William A. Proetta, has been successful in helping clients avoid a lengthy prison sentence by negotiating with prosecutors and securing their admittance into the Drug Court program.
